You are entitled to a 12-month warranty on all Ai-Tenitas machines. During this period, we cover any problems caused by defects in the quality of the machine itself.  Replacement In the rare case, you may receive a defective product, under which circumstance, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the packages. We will get back to you within 24 hours. After getting our official confirmation, you can send back the product and get a new replacement.  12-month Warranty will be invalid if:Machine shows signs of being dropped Machine shows signs of ink/liquid within the internal body or motor components Machine shows signs of beingtampered Machine shows sign of internal parts replaced
